OMG Liam Payne getting married? Go for it!

So according to reports this week, One Direction's Liam Payne was telling mates at Rochelle Wiseman and Marvin Humes' recent wedding that he's going to be the next pop boy up the aisle.

The sexy singer's been dating Danielle Peazer - who at 24 is six years older than 18-year-old Liam - since they met on The X Factor nearly two years ago.

And now apparently he's got their future all planned out and is keen to get cracking: marriage first, then babies soon after, as he wants to be a young dad with kids by the time he's 25.

I'm sure these happy events will be accompanied by the sound of a million 1D fans' hearts breaking, but I think Liam's got a point.

Many of the girls in the Now office feel Mr Payne should hit the brakes immediately and relax, saving the whole marriage and kids thing until he's had some fun and lived a little first. But I think if you've met ‘the one', why wait?

If you're touring endlessly and staying night after night in faceless hotel rooms, then coming home to a settled little family unit must seem even more desirable than normal.

And a friend of Liam's has revealed, ‘he's really mature for his age' - so maybe lovely Liam's just worked out what he wants for the rest of his life already at 18. Which is kind of sweet.

And let's face it, with Harry Styles in the band, One Direction's ‘living a little' quota is more than being taken care of...
